Thank you for registering for our annual soccer tournament. It will be held on the 26th of September, 2021 and at the Ravens Perch, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

As previously communicated Carleton University will be requiring mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 for all individuals that are eligible under Ottawa Public Health's vaccination age guidelines (12 years of age or older as of December 31, 2021) wishing to access athletics facilities for any amount of time, for any reason – indoors or outdoors.

As a result, all individuals must complete the COVID-19 screening self-assessment tool before coming to campus as well as attest to their vaccination status and having been fully vaccinated or taken at least the first dose of the vaccine and have a negative COVID-19 test result using cuScreen.

Please arrive at 11:45am to sign in and get settled as the first game starts at 12pm.

Here are the things we will provide:

- Standard 7v7 turf field and nets

- Team Vests and standard sized soccer balls

- A referee and First-Aid personnel

- Refreshments for all soccer players

Feel free to bring friends and family to support you as attendance is free.

Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals would be awarded to the top 3 teams respectively. An MVP trophy will be given to the player of the tournament and $1500 will be awarded to the winning team.

The 8 teams are split into 2 groups with teams in each group playing a minimum of 2 games. The top 2 teams in each group advance to a knockout semi-final round.

Group games will be 30 minutes long with a 5 minute half time break. The Semi Final Games will be 35 minutes long with a 5 minute half time break. The Final and Third Place games will be 40 minutes long with a 7 minute half time break.
